Iron Boots make you slide/move faster on ice, like ice skates.

Iron (or metals) is used on the blades of ice skates. What if this made players wearing iron boots slip around much faster, the way boats slide on ice? This will come at the cost of losing a bit more durability, but at a 5% chance to lose extra durability.
