Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Cattle Prod

Currently, I'm using "sneak and push" (ineffective) or "slap 'em with a porkchop" (fear, panic, damage). If I could craft a cattle prod from a stick or plank, or even stone or metal, useful in left hand as very fast bow or crossbow, and cause the critter to walk away from me at normal pace, that would be an excellent solution.
