Carpet-logging

Sometimes, I am building a comfortable house in Minecraft, which is completely carpeted, but when I come across a partial block that I want to add, I can’t carpet that block! So, my idea is simple: like water, carpet should be able to be placed on the same block as other partial blocks, so that we can fully cover our floor.

    The rules says that we don't add things on furniture so i don't think it will pass, and it's very hard to code

    I believe that they ask for no extra furniture as it encourages players to be creative with block hacks. Carpets already exist, this is just a way of improving them.
