Phantom use

Hear me out, what if we could find a giant phantom in the end citys and tame it with let's say chorus plants, and we can ride this phantom with a double-chest for storage, and can fit up to three players on this. But to make it balanced we can only use the phantom in the end to make it easier to snag a nice elytra and loot! I believe this suggestion will make the end more fun to explore, and give both chorus fruit and phantoms a purpose.

*this is only a suggestion, and anything can change with it's mechanics
