With the introduction of flooded caves and aquifers, players are incentivized more than ever to explore underwater. I feel like this is a great opportunity to make the hard-to-get turtle shell a little better, so players have a reason to choose using IT versus cheesing by making air pockets with doors (doors should be water logged). I think the water breathing time should definitely be extended, maybe even up to a minute. Would make the grind for the shell super worth it.
