Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Time Shears and Time Buckets

This water bucket/shear would be able to take an object's biome variant like tree leaves or different water. 

It can be crafted using a gem that could be found in enderchests. Every time you put down an ender chest there would be a chance of getting a gem called time ore.

This ore can be combined with shears/bucket in a crafting table making the time shears/bucket.
