Wither Skeleton Bones, Bone Meal & Bone Blocks

Whenever you kill wither skeletons they drop normal bones. My idea is the addition of a unique bone drop from these mobs, charred bones? They would be grayish is hue to match the aesthetic of wither skeletons and could be broken down into their own bone meal then crafted into its own bone block variant. This bone meal variant, could possibly have the old effects of bone meal and be used to instant grow crops/trees.  Currently the bones dropped are white and don't feel like the remains of wither skeletons due to their contrasting aesthetic. Adding these items/features, specifically the charred bone meal would also lead to a higher tiered/harder to obtain bone meal alternative that could be used to make more consistent and efficient farms.
