There is no reason to have tuff and Smooth basalt generating as separate rocks in the overworld. Up till now basalt can be found only in the nether, making the current generation inconsistent. Instead Tuff should take on the texture of smooth basalt, and should generate both around geodes, and scattered throughout the ground.
