Saturation should be slower

Saturation has so fast regeneration (2 hp per second). It's faster than effect of regeneration ll in 2.5 times (0.8 hp per second). I think regeneration of saturation should be 1 hp per second.

    This won't matter with the new combat system being implemented. Might not be now but it will be changed.
