We know that community shaders are not supported anymore because of the upgrade to Render Dragon.
However, there are still a lot of people out there playing Minecraft without a RTX card, including the ones on smartphone, xbox, switch and so on...
Your full upgrade to Render Dragon affected a lot (TONS) of people who were playing Minecraft using a shader pack, because shaders packs greatly increase the look of the game, and make it more appreciated by players.
Because of that, many players who had taken the habit to use shaders packs stopped playing (including me). For example I have a good GC (GTX 1080ti) and I can't play with beautiful graphics since you upgraded to Render Dragon because the shaders pack I used made a lot of improvements.
Here are potential solutions/improvements :
1) Make community shaders compatible with Render Dragon
-> If you are afraid of compatibility with RTX, you could maybe think about something like "if a RTX pack is loaded and RTX is activated, then disable shaders, otherwise let the shaders be loaded".
2) Add a video menu option to select whether to use Render Dragon or the previous engine
-> This could be a solution but it will force you to support 2 graphics engine, not the best solution I think
3) Add the possibility to play using a previous version of the game
-> I don't think of this as a solution
4) Don't do anything
-> You will lose players accustomed to shaders time to time and the community won't be happy
