Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Sword Piston

A type of piston block with a slot on one side that you equip a sword to in a manner similar to putting items in a dispenser. When affected by a redstone signal, the blade of the sword you equipped to it will pop out of the slot, when the redstone signal leaves, the blade will slide back in. Functioning similar to a piston but stabbing with the affixed sword rather than pushing a nearby block.

Could be used for decorative purposes, as well as a trap, damage dealt would depend on the sword equipped.
