Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Neon Blocks (Use for the Glow Ink Sacks)

Neon blocks could be a Craftable block by using any color of concrete and surrounding it around a glow inc sack. These decorative blocks would have a neon texture and emit a small colorful amount of light depending on the color of the block. This would be a great use for the glow sacks because it would give players creative and vibrant ideas for their builds and provide another reason for searching for the glow squids.

    i think theyd be perfect if they simply had the glowing texture effect, really useful in for futuristic cities and the like

    This would be great - perhaps it could just have emissive rendering, or maybe add a redstone variant that functions like a colored redstone lamp

    I think "self illuminated" concrete blocks would be cool, not need them actually glow, or emit only small amount of light (since nothing else made with glow ink sack emits actual light so far), so just no matter what is light level, thsoe blocks would appear to be fully illuminated
