Add in "Legacy" world generation with the Caves and Cliffs update

Since world gen is completely changing with the new Caves and Cliffs update, I feel like there should be an option around "Default" and "Superflat" where you can choose either Alpha world gen or Pre Caves and Cliffs world gen, so you can still have these kinds of worlds.

  we need a button to disable the cave and cliffs world generation
