(Bedrock Parity) Cancelling Elytra Flight

In Bedrock Edition, you can cancel the elytra flight by jumping, and I think this should be in Java Edition. It would make landing easier and more graceful. It would also be safer than flying into the ground, and landing on narrow or small areas would be a lot easier to do.

    Fully agree. I would prefer if it was the crouch button though. It'd be too easy to cancel flight while trying to start.

    no this should be removed from bedrock

    A different key could be used, or there could be an accessibility toggle to enable or disable this feature for a player who is not comfortable with jump to stop elytra flight.
