The Sorcery Update (Make Spell Scrolls to cast spells that mobs have)

Players should be able to cast magic like mobs. Here's one way it could work: Players should be able to craft scrolls with durability like tools. The scrolls allow the player to cast spells such as the ghast mob's fireball, the illager wizard's chomp spell, summon pixies, or shoot icicles that slow enemies. Perhaps there should be a flight spell. Perhaps it would cost xp to cast spells just like for making enchantments. Perhaps scrolls would only be in special places like a desert temple, or ocean temple. If players could make spell scrolls, then it should cost a drop from a mob to cast a corresponding spell. For example: if you were to cast a fireball, the scroll would require a blaze rod or ghast tear to make.
