Unique Water Color In Caves

I think it would be cool if the water color in caves was separate from the water color on the surface. In caves above y0, the water should be a light blue color similar to the warm oceans. Below y0, they should be a mid-greenish color, similar or a bit lighter than swamp water.

  Or, water below y level 0 could be darker, murkier to fit in with the Grimstone aesthetic.
