Add Banner Patterns to Items, Blocks and More

I think it would be great if you could add banner patterns to blocks, items, tools, weapons, armour and things like elytra. 

This would enable fantastic map designs, it could be used for decoration like wallpaper and interesting items, a bed with a patterned duvet set for example. You could also use it to make custom armour that reflects your role in a community, like a hunter or a woodsman. Another idea is that you could use banner patterns to create secrets, such as hiding a trap door by making it look like another block.
