I would love to see snowstorms in the cliffs of Minecraft 1.17. The snowstorm will have an icey effect around your screen slowly killing you unless you have a piece of leather armor (Just like powdered snow).
The extreme winds: The snowstorm will push you in the direction it is coming from throwing you off the mountains and killing you by fall damage.
Partially blinded: The snowstorm can blind you with its white fog surrounding you.
Where it will spawn: It will spawn at any level above y=200.
How it will spawn: It will spawn when a thunderstorm is happening (please make the thunderstorms more common)
Snowstorm Strays are a new mob that will spawn during a thunderstorm and do not get affected by the extreme winds of the snowstorm. It will burn at night and day and can only survive when there is a snowstorm. They have the same drops as regular strays.
