    just download optifine and an texturepack. there is a name and change texture thing for optifine texturepacks

    then you need to use Optifine leaving specific disadvantages:

    Optifine does not update as fast as the base game

    you need Optifine

    you have to manually update Optifine

    (I don't know, but) making a texture pack that works with Optifine may be more difficult...

    One of two options...

    1. Use Optifine. Because there are many resourcepacks that do exactly what you asked for.

    2. Use CustomModelData.

    Obviously, these are different weapons with different characteristics, even if the main idea is the same. You just need to do the customization of weapons and armor on the blacksmith table using the material and blueprint (just like on a loom). This is not a replacement for more optimal materials and enchantments, just an improvement in some characteristics at the expense of others.

    I really want this for Bedrock edition, as Java already has this in the form of Optifine
