Pearl (teleporter) launcher

So kinda like a beacon in which it has to be exposed to the sky. It would be able to take in coordinates, and then when you shift click it with a pearl it would then be loaded. Then if you power it with redstone, it would shoot the pearl to that specific location. However both places would have to have every block above them exposed like a beacon and every trip would need to use a pearl.
