Beacon Adjustments

Beacon Is kinda unbalanced since it was released like when you drop a single diamond or a netherite ingot or even some common items such as iron, you still get the same effects that you chose so to balance it with the new amethyst shards, what abot we just use the amethyst shards to empower or give effects to a beacon instead since theres no other uses for amethyst, just crafting tinted glass and spyglass:33
