A night vision turtle shell upgrade for exploring water caves

I would love to see a turtle shell upgrade which gives you night vision when using it, because I love the idea of exploring water caves but bringing along a bunch of night vision potions to see underwater would be annoying and would fill my inventory really fast. Having some sort of upgrade using glow ink sacs and a heart of the sea that gives the player night vision would be helpful for underwater mining.
