Now that the world height has been increased and with the possibility of mountain biomes being improved, I think now is a better time than ever to improve the terrain's height variation as a whole. I believe the general overworld terrain is still too flat and wooded/desert/jungle/taiga hills biomes should able to spawn cliffs to at least 128 blocks high, giving worlds a much larger variety in height.
Sprawling forest hills is something people still adore to this day about the classic editions of MC and I believe now is a better time than ever to harken back to those days especially when mountain biomes themselves are being extended height-wise. Simply adds to the game's sense of wonder and exploration and gives more variety to cliffs and the general terrain, as well as making the change in height from other biomes to the new mountains potentially less jarring.
