Grimstone Textures

I like the idea of a darker stone block and i love all the varients of grimstone however its too dark and too harsh there should be grimstone stone (which is smoother) and grimstone cobblestone {which is similar to the current grimstone texture) the texture over all should be softer and should be altered in order to fit in better with the stone textures. the grimstone should also be less frequent in order to make it more special. if this was the case you could even add grimstone quarries to mineshafts that spawn in grimstone areas these could be larger underground rooms with wooden support beams to hold up the stone above. It would also be good to see a block to contrast grimstone. this would be a white lighter block with all the same varients (a bit like diorite and quartz but not as harsh as diorite and not as smooth and modern as quartz) that could maybe be found in veins or only in certain biomes. These additions and changes would help with underground variation and building so much.

Please please please keep the textures the way they were before. i love the idea of grimstone but i think it should minable at the same speed. Also, the ore textures?! I- just absolutely not. i love they way the ores look like before. fortnite did the same thing as you are doing with the 21w07a snapshot. they wanted newer things and wanted to shed away the older look of the game. now look at them. i haven't heard a single thing about fortnite since last march. i also have recently been playing on the 21w06a snapshot and i absolutely love it. honestly if you released the official 1.17 that way i wouldn't be mad at all. i think you should just pretend that the 21w07a snapshot never even happened. this is my childhood game and i would hate to see it disappear just like fortnite did. Toodles.
