Strongholds below y=0 and mossy grimstone

We beleive Strongholds below y=0 should be made of the new grimstone bricks and a new type of grimstone called mossy grimstone.

PS: mabye the mossy grimstone could be crafted using the glow lichen instead of vines

    We already have possible strongholds below y=0.
    Moosy grimstone is a nice idea, but I wonder if it surely fits to vanilla minecraft.
