Make Grimstone insta-Minable

Make grimstone insta-minable with efficiency 5 Netherite pickaxe and haste 2. This will make it easier to collect and clear areas of grimstone when you are in the end game. Also, it gives another reason for players to upgrade to netherite.

  This would give a strong incentive to go get netherite
