Possible Fluorite Blocks?

I think there desperately needs to be more gem blocks. Specifically, I think it should be Fluorite because it's structure basically screams "Minecraft". I personally think it could be a nice decorative block that could be a good way to have different gem blocks all across the color spectrum. So the caves don't look like rainbow messes (and more mining strategy), I would suggest that there'd be different colors for different biomes. It'd spawn close to the surface but not up to the tippity tops of mountains. It'd be best for it to spawn near bodies of water thanks to the way it processes in real life.
