Haste Potion

I really wish that Haste Potions were able to be made, and since 1.17 is the cave update now would be a great time to add it. Pointed Dripstone I think would work good for the ingredient to brew a haste potion, although glow berries or skulk growth might also be good ideas. I just think that having to set up a beacon to get haste is a bit ridiculous.
