Updating the /Clone Command so it can Rotate

It would be nice if the /clone command was able to clone objects with North, South, East, or West orientations based on the original structure's position. Even with regards to the introduction of structure blocks ~1.9, this addition onto the /clone command would help streamline the process within adventure mapmaking communities. Or even just a rotate left or right function (which I believe might have been previously implemented?) which could work as: "/clone a b c x y z ~ ~ ~ rotate left" or "/clone a b c x y z ~ ~ ~ facing:west"

    I think this is available in Bedrock. But it would be nice if it was available in the Java version too!
