Charred bones in nether

Wither skeletons drop charred bone that would be just like a normal bone but black and you could make charred bone meal with it and that would be used like normal bone meal but in the nether and you could craft charred bone by combining normal bone and coal. also could make a black bone block with charred bone for building. could also make charred bone block replace the normal bone blocks you find in the nether. The charred bone meal would only work in the nether and normal bone meal would only work in the overworld.
