Placing a Wither Rose near a plant will stop it from growing

Wither roses should freeze the growth of plants within a certain radius. This effect would apply to all plants capable of growing, whether they’re single-blocks like wheat and saplings, or multi-block structures like cacti and vines. For multi-blocks, only the “root” block would have to be halted: the last supported block of a vine, the bottom block of a bamboo shoot, etc..

Bonemeal would have its normal effect.
