Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Glowing Chest, made using 1.17 materials

The Glowing Chest is a storage chest that emits light level 15, made using 5 copper ingots, 2 amethyst shards, and 1 glow ink sac. Currently these three items have a very limited use, and this chest will make them more desirable. I think more variety in both storage options and light sources is needed. Usually it's just the normal wooden chest and barrel everywhere.

    I like the crafting recipe, but I think it should have a use that's different from normal chests, that way players feel like going to the effort of crafting it.
