remove default arrow requirement for infinity bow

I think the title is self explanatory, in my opinion its odd that you must give up mending for infinity and still have additional inventory slot being taken up just so that you could use that bow, thats exactly one of the reasons why people choose infinity over mending in the first place... to have more inventory space. The only use i can see untipped arrow serving nowadays is preserving tipped arrows by being put in front of them in the inventory. So all in all i think the feature to preserve tipped arrows should be kept but the requirement to have one untipped arrow in your inventory should be removed, alrough it still would be awkward having to carry untipped arrow to preserve tipped arrows, so something with that should be done too.
