Flower Propagation

Create the ability to harvest flowers like a crop.

Suggestions:

1-Plant flowers within X blocks of an active beehive and the bees will "pollinate" the flowers allowing new flowers to grow in an empty block next to an existing flower (much like pumpkins).

2-Random flower seed drop when picking flowers (like grass seed for wheat).

This would allow players to have more access to dye for the many wonderful dyeable items and an ability to more readily experiment with fun new ways to create things with flowers.
