Enchantment for only Netherite Boots

There can be an enchantment which can only be put on netherite boots, not any other item nor any other type of boots like diamond boots. It can be called magma walker / fire walker or whatever you like. Its the same as Frost Walker but instead, you can now walk on lava and the lava turns into Magma blocks. Also, you won't take damage from any magma blocks. It can be very rare, even rarer than Mending. You can make it so that it's book can only be found in special structures like ruined portals or stronghold libraries.
