Rune table and Runes

A type of crafting Table that you can use to make, repair, and upgrade tools

Here's the general idea:

• the addition of runes, which you can use on the Fashioning table to upgrade the gear
• you can find runes in temples, mine-carts, nether forteresses, and dungeons
• runes upgrade different aspects of the item, namely durability, strength, and looks

You can craft the table using 4 planks, and two runes on top

The Items will have an eerie red, blue, or green glow once done, similar to the purple glow enchantments give.
