Wither Torch | Disabling Mob spawning without light

The Wither torch is an item that would be crafted with 1 coal/charcoal, 1 stick and 1 wither rose. The flame part of it is pitch black and emits slow smoke particles.

This torch is special because it does not emit any visible light but stops monsters from spawning. Since Wither torches don't emit light it can be placed behind blocks and still have it's effect active on the other side. Not only that but it will also stop friendly mobs from spawning like cows and pigs because of its strange aura. The only mobs that aren't affected are those who are created/summoned by the player, vexes, wither skeletons, mobs summoned from mob spawners, and raids. This essentially creates a way to stop hostile mobs from spawning without light along with pillager patrols. There could even be a wither lantern which has a longer range.
