Bow Drop Rate too high

On bedrock edition the drop rate for bows from skeletons is too high

In Skeleton Farms the Bows clog up the chest and I have to constantly empty out the bows when using the farm.

Can the drop rate be decreased slightly to stop such over clogging of chests?
