remove eating as a sculk sensor thing

this may sound like a bad thing, but if we are in a physics and logical standpoint, it would make sense to remove it, specially the fact that mojang doesnt want to add turning of noteblock, and they dont make vibration, does eatinn make vibration, no. so it doesnt make sense if eating is a thing since sculk sensor only reacts to vibrations, not sound

  When you eat something though, you are moving that items and it is getting consumed. The item itself changes, so it is not just a sound. It is a considerable vibration in my opinion.
