(Dimension) Far Lands

A new dimension whose terrain would generate the same way the Far Lands once did. The dimension would have its own rules, not everything that works in Nether, End, and Overwolrd has to work in Far Lands. There might be no fall damage there, or you could jump higher (less gravity). There could be hostile mobs there that only spawn at light above 8.
