Change Spyglass to Telescope

The name of the spyglass should be changed to "Telescope." That is likely what people will refer to it as anyway. Plus it just makes sense, since that's really what it is. Also, that's what it was called in minecraft live.

    I know it's been almost three years, but the likely reason this didn't get traction is because spyglass is just another name for a small refracting telescope, usually the kind that collapses for storage.  It's more specific and concise, as there are other types of telescopes that are not spyglasses.
