Spore Blossoms and Poison Potions

So I got an idea after watching Xsuimavoid's latest video on the latest snapshot and he showed the spore blossoms which had these dark green particles that had a very similar resemblance to poison. So my thought is to put a water filled cauldron under one and let the particles fall into the cauldron and mix together to create a poison potion but it takes a full in real time minute for it to mix fully. On top of that, every 30 seconds after the 1 minute, the potion goes up one tier in both time and strength of how fast you lose health. To add to this, I'd like if there was a way to craft a throwable glass bottle, like the throwable potions but empty, I want this so you can just scoop up the potion from he cauldron and get ready to throw. the recipe for the empty throwable(splash) potion should be 1 gunpowder with a glass bottle or you can have 1 gunpowder, 1 blaze powder, and then 3 glass bottles.
