21w05a - Moss Block and Rooted Dirt should be in blocks.

I personally believe that the Moss Block and Rooted Dirt should go in the blocks tab in the creative inventory since they're blocks. And also because the Moss Block has a carpet variant like wool and wool is in the blocks tab.

  But the blocks you need to create yourself so all the things like moss and hanging rooted dirt should go in the nature
