The ender dragon is a mob that is easier to beat than it should be, especially for a “final boss mob”. Now of days with speed runners and the average player having better skills find the ender dragon as really not so much as a challenge. The ender dragon I believe needs a buff in increased health and do more damage to a player. This will force most players to get better equipment and tools in order to last in the fight. Even making the strong hold harder to find or enter by implementing some new item other than eyes of ender would make play time longer. In the case of speed runners, making the game harder to beat increases their skill and allows growth. Average players will have to play more if the Ender dragon is a more dangerous mob. The ender dragon was meant to be the end of the game so making it more difficult to beat will greatly effect everyone’s play time and give the ender dragon his fear back. Making the game much more challenging for most.
