I think it'd be a nice addition if we could take bars and add designs to them similar to Banners. Not all the customization but similar to how you put a Skull on a banner for example, and have a Skull Print, with bars you have a Skull design in the middle of the bars, would make good in buildings and add more customization to the builders of Minecraft.
