Build height limit should be customizable using a gamerule

You increased the total height limit to 384 blocks but it should be 512 by default, minimum y: -128, maximum y: 384 . It should however be customizable on single player worlds and multiplayer servers. And once it is set, it cannot be changed. The minimum y value and the maximum y value both should be customizable on single player worlds and multiplayer servers. MOJANG PLEASE USE THIS IDEA!

  You however could change the height. The cave and mountain generations should adjust accordingly to the custom build height both in java and bedrock. You should still be able to get advancements and achievements. This feature must be both added to java and bedrock.

  It should also be on all versions on minecraft.

  This would be so greatly appreciated by so many players in the community for so many different reasons. Please give us this option :)
