Hoe as Proper Tool for Moss and Skulk Blocks

Hoes should be the designated tool for collecting moss and skulk blocks.

    Well Hoes are the proper tool for Sculk Sensors, so the same will probably happen for the other Sculk Stuff and yea the proper tool for Moss should the Hoe not the Axe

    Or pretty much any non-woody/hard plant block would be good.
