New trade for Wandering Trader & New Enchant

Similar to piglins and soul speed wandering traders would have a really small chance to sell a new enchant called something like "clingy" or "sticky" where when you die the item enchanted with it will have a chance to stay with you. For example clingy I could have maybe a 15% chance to stay in your inventory, II could have a 30% chance and III could have a 45% chance. This would make the wandering trader less useless and maybe it could only trade 1 or 2 then would be un able to trade them again. This would make them an exciting find instead of an insta kill for leads.

You can get a random sapling for 5 emeralds and slimeballs. With slimeballs you can just craft the leads. You don't even need to kill the Wandering Trader to get the leads, you can just kill the llamas and STILL trade with the Wandering Trader.
