Dripsloth: neutral mob to give Dripstone caves some life.

The Dripsloth resembles a sloth in name and habits however it bears a far more fearsome form. Thanks to the dangerous instability of the Dripstone caves, very few creatures are able to live there. The Dripsloth being a slow moving and defensive creature it was able to inhabit these caves safely without causing collapses. The mob will ignore the player for the most part however it is protective of its burrows and such if you break blocks too close to a Dripsloth they just might retaliate. Since the Dripsloth rarley moves much, it is covered in algae and toxic fungus which cause it to have a noxious effect of nearby players making it hard to hit and its bite contains venom which weakens the player.

    Addendum: although mojang said the no real animals should be enemies in minecraft, it is not actually a sloth exactly so falls into the same grey area as the hoglin

    Yes every other cave biome has a mob, axolotl for lush caves, warden for the deep dark, and mountains get goats. But what do the dripstone caves get? Nothing. Just 2 blocks.

    The dripsloth would also have a behaviour where it scratches its back on a stalagmite which has a chance to drop fur tufts which can make fur blocks which can be dyed any colour and are darker and noiser than wool. (Fur also has the same occlusion effects as wool)
