Use for the fletching i.e glow arrows

For making special arrows like the first example glow arrows mabye tnt arrows and others

    we could do lots with the fletching table its just they haven't bothered, bone arrows that fly faster but do less damage, stone arrows that smash down doors and damage shields but don't fly as far and are slower. tons of stuff we can do.
